Finetuned Coffee Roasting

Not every roast is the same, and we only offer our coffee as projects. Our first project is called Artisan. For this we used coffee from Peru and Ethiopia, from the regions of Villarica and Harar respectively, both with similar profiles and exceptional acidity.

It's finetuned to reduce the acidity and bring out the sweetness of the coffee, roasting it at a medium rate. You can enjoy this coffee as a single origin or as a balanced, more complex blend, where both coffees complement each other.
